In December 2013, we posted about proposed amendments to Saskatchewan’s mental health services legislation, which were aimed at improving the delivery of, and access to, mental health services in the province. The Saskatchewan Legislature has since passed these amendments to The Mental Health Services Act and made corresponding changes to The Mental Health Services Regulations, which came into force on October 30, 2015.
