The Regina City Council has appointed Bob Kasian to the Board of Directors for the Regina Downtown Business Improvement District (RDBID).
Established in 1981 (originally as Regina’s Market Square) pursuant to The Cities Act, RDBID supplements the services provided by the City of Regina. The organization’s mandate is to provide business and community services to promote and enhance the downtown district, to improve conditions for businesses operating in the district, and to improve the quality of life for those who shop, work, live and play downtown. The vision of RDBID is to support the creation of a complete and sustainable downtown neighbourhood where entrepreneurship and cultural vitality flourish, and where a diverse community of people thrives in an active, safe, accessible, inclusive and beautiful public realm.
MLT Aikins congratulates Bob on this appointment and applauds his contributions to the Regina community.
