Carolyn Frost speaks on Accessibility Legislation at CPA Conference

This post was written prior to our January 2017 merger, under our previous firm name, Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson LLP.

When it comes to accessibility legislation, is your organization prepared to comply with standards in place today and the emerging standards of tomorrow?

Carolyn Frost will present on the topic of “Breaking Barriers: An Introduction to Accessibility in Manitoba” at the upcoming 2016 CPA Manitoba Conference.

Under the Accessibility for Manitobans Act, Manitoba has recently adopted new standards that will have an impact on customer service in both public and private sector organizations. In the session, Carolyn will discuss practical applications of the Customer Service Standard, and participants will take away ideas for addressing implementation challenges from an employment perspective.
