Vancouver-based Cavalry Capital Corp. has completed an initial public offering (IPO) on the TSX Venture Exchange.
On May 4, Cavalry announced it had completed an IPO of 3,962,500 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $396,250. The company also gave its directors and officers the option to acquire a total of 613,938 shares at a price of $0.05 per share.
Founded in 2021, Cavalry is a capital pool company that identifies and evaluates potential acquisitions of commercially viable businesses and assets.
