Dana Nowak will present at the Canadian Bar Associations’ (CBA) 13th National Insolvency Conference in St. John’s, Newfoundland on September 14 and 15, 2017.
Dana will be part of a flagship panel, the “Annual Cross-Canada Update,” featuring five leading insolvency lawyers from across Canada. She and the other panellists will discuss the latest interesting and most influential case law from coast to coast.
The theme for the 2017 CBA National Insolvency Conference is “Insolvency on the Edge.” The CBA National Insolvency Conference will bring together top professionals to discuss a wide range of relevant, practical and thought-provoking topics, from investigating and litigating fraud to the world of offshore financial centre insolvency and the latest case law across Canada.
