Edmonton lawyer Dana Nowak will speak at the 20th Annual Review of Insolvency Law (ARIL) Conference taking place in Calgary on February 3.
On Friday afternoon, Dana will join the “Exempt, or Not Exempt? That Is the Question” panel discussion moderated by Elisabeth Lang, Canada’s Superintendent of Bankruptcy. Dana will offer insights she’s gleaned as one of Edmonton’s preeminent lawyers in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency.
Dana has extensive experience acting as counsel in numerous restructuring proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. She also acts on behalf of court-appointed officers in insolvency proceedings, including receivers, monitors and trustees.
