Danielle Graff to co-chair conference for technology lawyers

Regina lawyer Danielle Graff will co-chair a conference for technology lawyers happening this week.

On May 5, Danielle will share her insights at the 2023 CAN-TECH Spring Conference, a one-day event for technology lawyers featuring hybrid in-person and webcast sessions from five satellite locations across the country.

In addition to acting as co-chair of the event, Danielle will moderate a panel discussion on service level agreements (SLAs), delving into topics such as how SLAs can help manage risks and alternatives to service-level penalties.

The Canadian Technology Law Association, also known as CAN-TECH Law, provides a forum for members across the country to discuss the latest developments in Canadian technology law, e-commerce and intellectual property.

Danielle leads the MLT Aikins Innovation, Data & Technology practice group, advising clients on technology transactions including licensing, outsourcing and joint ventures, among other matters. Learn more about Danielle’s practice.
