Doug Hodson will receive the Saskatchewan Volunteer Medal later this month, to be awarded by Lieutenant Governor Vaughn Solomon Schofield. Ten people across the province will receive the award. Doug Hodson has volunteered on fundraising committees for the Remai Art Gallery of Saskatchewan, the Royal University Hospital and was on the organizing committee for the 2010 World Hockey Championships. The award ceremony will take place in Regina on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.
