Exercise Your Will Power

This post was written prior to our January 2017 merger, under our previous firm name, Aikins, MacAulay & Thorvaldson LLP.

Your will, health care directive and power of attorney provide instruction for what should happen in the event of your death, making sure your wishes are met. Attend this year’s Will Week and learn about the importance of estate planning and having a valid and up-to-date will.

These free public information sessions are prepared and delivered by professionals, including Aikins lawyers Florence Carey, Celia Valel, and Daniel Watts. Will Week takes place each year thanks to collaboration between The Winnipeg Foundation, The Manitoba Bar Association and the Public Trustee of Manitoba.
