Introduction to Insolvency Law, presented by the Insolvency Law and Young Lawyers sections of the CBA, is designed to cover insolvency law basics for non-insolvency practitioners whose clients are directly or peripherally involved in insolvency proceedings.
Topics covered will include CCAA basics, BIA proposals, receiverships and bankruptcy. Registrants can watch the webinar live on November 7 from 12-1:30 p.m. Eastern, or stream it at a later time.
