Jodi Wildeman and Randy Brunet speak at the 30ᵗʰ annual Williston Basin Petroleum Conference

On May 2, lawyers Jodi Wildeman and Randy Brunet presented “Cradle to Grave: Considerations for Planning and Executing Full-Scale CCUS Infrastructure Projects.”

The presentation addressed key legal strategic considerations from early project planning to project execution on major infrastructure projects. These considerations highlighted the innovative nature of CCUS projects and the importance of early infrastructure planning. Additionally, the presenters discussed the need for well-resourced and integrated teams, ensuring that key contractual terms are aligned with project outcomes and managing and mitigating risks throughout project execution.
