Kristal Allen will be speaking to the Canadian Seed Trade Association (CSTA) on July 13th and 14th at the association’s 92nd annual meeting in Windsor, Ontario on seed licensing and intellectual property management. The CSTA is a voluntary association comprised of more than 130 seed companies engaged in all aspects of seed research, production and marketing, both domestically and internationally. Membership ranges from small seed breeders and marketers to large grain handlers and multinational corporations. Kristal is an intellectual property and privacy lawyer who focuses on the management, exploitation and commercialization of information and intellectual property assets and new technology.
