On April 10 in Winnipeg, Kristin Gibson will join a panel of speakers to discuss The Remote Workplace – Legal and Practical Considerations.
Hosted by the Labour & Employment and the Corporate Counsel sections of the Manitoba Bar Association, this session will explore legal issues to be considered by both management and employees with respect to remote work, and practical issues to consider from an in-house counsel perspective.
About Kristin Gibson
Kristin is a partner with MLT Aikins and practises primarily in the areas of labour, employment and administrative law. She advises private and public sector clients on human rights, privacy, occupational health and safety, collective agreement bargaining and administration, policy drafting and discipline. She represents employers in interest and rights arbitrations, and in defending wrongful dismissals and human rights complaints.
