MLT Aikins Advises RBC on $144M Bentall 5 Office Tower Refinancing

Vancouver’s Bentall 5 office tower recently closed a multimillion dollar refinancing.

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) recently provided a loan facility in the approximate amount of $144 million to refinance the Bentall 5 office tower, a 33-storey skyscraper located in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
