MLT Aikins participated in the 2019 Pedal for a Cure for JDRF.
This event takes place in September through November all across Canada, fundraising for type 1 diabetes research. On November 12, two teams from the Winnipeg office participated alongside 9 other teams. Participants cycle on stationary bikes, sharing a fifty minute high energy bike ride.

Combined, the two teams surpassed their goal of $1,500 and raised an amazing $2,169!
