MLT Aikins is pleased to announce the launch of our Indigenous Scholarship, which will award $6,000 to one second-year law student.
Students across Canada can apply. To be eligible, applicants must be in their second year of law school in Canada, provide a cover letter, their resume, transcripts and a reference from the Indigenous community.
MLT Aikins is committed to promoting Indigenous perspectives and representation in the legal community. We consistently work to foster a learning environment that supports Indigenous success in the legal profession and beyond.
We look forward to awarding our first scholarship in the spring, and continuing to recognize Indigenous law students’ achievements through our Indigenous Scholarship program in the years to come.
