MLT Aikins was proud to sponsor and take part in this year’s annual Mid-Winter Meeting, hosted by CBA Saskatchewan.
Judges, lawyers, prominent legal speakers and other members of the Saskatchewan Bar were invited to attend the two-day legal conference.

- Jodi Wildeman presented on “Managing e-Discovery and Legal Privilege in the Digital Age.” Jodi is an experienced litigator, practising primarily in commercial litigation, with proficiency in advising on complex actions and e-discovery techniques – specifically the use of TAR and predictive analytics on large amounts of data in the document production process.
- John Dipple presented on “Public Procurement Update: CFTA: The New Landscape.” John spearheads the construction and infrastructure practice groups and has many years’ experience providing strategic advice on larger construction and infrastructure projects.
- Nathan Schissel presented on “Managing Cybersecurity for Your Practice & Clients.” Nathan practices in the area of corporate and commercial law with a focus on technology law, outsourcing, procurement, health care, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.
- Kristél Kriel presented on “Top Issues in Privacy, Access and CASL.” Kristél is a commercial lawyer with a focus on privacy and freedom of information laws, assisting clients with compliance, interpretation, policy development, education and training.
