Lincoln Crooks maintains a general corporate commercial practice with a primary focus on commercial lending and the financing, leasing and purchase/sale of commercial real estate. Lincoln also has experience in the resource sector, assisting mining companies with land transactions and regulatory compliance, as well as experience in the area of business acquisitions, share and asset transactions.

Taylor Dignan is a corporate lawyer practising in the areas of securities law, corporate/commercial and corporate governance. He is dedicated to helping clients and companies access capital and grow their business.
Scott Tallon is a litigator practising in the areas of civil litigation and tax litigation. He has experience assisting clients in the areas of insurance law, construction law and personal injury litigation.

With a business administration background combined with her experience working in corporate law, Jessica Zhang practises primarily in the areas of corporate/commercial law and corporate governance. Prior to joining MLT Aikins, Jessica worked as in-house legal counsel for a publicly-traded Canadian natural gas company.
