Michael M J Choi has a practice focused on commercial real estate sales and acquisitions, asset and share purchase/sales, and leasing matters. Graham Christie maintains a general labour and employment practice, focusing on providing efficient and practical solutions for employers. He advises employers on issues relating to labour disputes, collective agreement interpretation, employment agreements, workplace polices, discipline and discharge, human rights, workers’ compensation, and occupational health and safety regulation. Spencer Edwards brings both litigation and arbitration experience to the Saskatoon office in a wide variety of areas, including: labour and employment, construction, real estate, fraud, wills and estates and health law. He has worked on matters that have been heard at various levels of court, including: Provincial Court, the Court of Queen’s Bench, the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court.
Mark Gill advises companies on general corporate matters such as incorporation, reorganization and corporate governance. He also provides advice on major business contracts, including purchase and sale of businesses and marine and related assets, as well as a variety of other commercial and trade contracts. Called to the Alberta bar in 2017, Tristen Pomerance has an expanding litigation practice with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes. Prior to joining MLT Aikins in Calgary, Tristen attended law school at Cardiff University in Wales, U.K., and practised at a boutique litigation firm.
