The session is part 3 of a 4-part Board Governance for Not-for-Profit Organizations webinar series hosted by the Legal Education Society of Alberta. The series will help lawyers understand different board governance models and explore directors’ responsibilities and potential liabilities, and examines how to effectively serve on a board of directors and advise clients.
