Saskatoon immigration lawyer Scott Bell recently shared his insights on Saskatchewan’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) at an event hosted by the Canadian Bar Association (CBA).
On June 10, Scott joined a panel discussion on PNPs at the CBA Immigration Law Conference. He was one of several lawyers who discussed PNPs in different jurisdictions across Canada, offering an overview of when employers and immigrants should consider these programs and what they should be aware of before applying.
Scott has written extensively about the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, co-authoring recent insights about the new Tech Talent Pathway and the Hard-to-Fill Skills Pilot program. He has also established himself as a thought leader on federal immigration law, co-authoring numerous insights on COVID-19 travel requirements and Canada’s efforts to assist Ukrainians.
