Shandra Czarnecki and Kris Gibson to Present at CCCA Section Meeting on Workplace Investigations

On Tuesday, February 25, Winnipeg lawyers Shandra Czarnecki and Kris Gibson will present to the Manitoba Bar Association, Corporate Counsel Section.

The presentation titled “Managing the Modern Workplace: Best Practices for Respectful Investigations” is tailored for in-house counsel.

In this session, Shandra and Kris will discuss:

  • Trauma Informed Approach to Interviewing and Investigation;
  • Deciding whether to Investigate Inhouse or Hire an External Investigator;
  • The Investigation Report — Examination of Privilege and its Limits.
