On Tuesday, February 25, Winnipeg lawyers Shandra Czarnecki and Kris Gibson will present to the Manitoba Bar Association, Corporate Counsel Section.
The presentation titled “Managing the Modern Workplace: Best Practices for Respectful Investigations” is tailored for in-house counsel.
In this session, Shandra and Kris will discuss:

- Deciding whether to Investigate Inhouse or Hire an External Investigator;
- The Investigation Report — Examination of Privilege and its Limits.
