MLT Aikins is pleased to announce that Jessica Jensen has joined the firm’s Winnipeg office as a Foreign Legal Consultant.
Jessica focuses her practice on U.S. immigration law. She is a member in good standing of the Minnesota and North Dakota Bars, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Prior to returning to Canada, Jessica was the President and Vice-President of the Greater Grand Forks County Bar Association and also sat on the Northeast Central Judicial Planning Committee in North Dakota and the Northeast Central Local Rules of Court Committee in North Dakota. She is currently a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota Young Lawyers Section, the Canadian American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
