Milt practises labour and employment law representing public and private sector employers in several provinces and in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, aviation, broadcasting, construction, food processing, health care, hotels, manufacturing, mining, municipalities, printing, publishing, restaurants, retail, transportation and utilities.

Milt provides practical strategic advice to employers in several provinces  on all matters relating to federal and provincial labour and employment law including:

Milt also represents employers before arbitration boards, labour boards, human rights commissions and workers compensation tribunals in several provinces, and before Manitoba courts and the Supreme Court of Canada.
