Adryan Toth has a general litigation practice with a focus on class actions and commercial litigation, representing clients involved in civil and criminal disputes.

Adryan Toth has a general litigation practice with a focus on class actions and commercial litigation, representing clients involved in civil and criminal disputes. His experience includes complex class actions, defence of criminal and regulatory offences, residential real estate litigation, and appellate litigation. Adryan has acted for clients at all levels of court in Saskatchewan, and is a contributor to MLT’s Class Actions blog.

Prior to joining MLT, Adryan clerked with the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal. During that time he also completed a Master of Laws degree which culminated in the defense of his innovative and award winning thesis titled “Law in 3-Dimensions”.
