Anna advises clients on Indigenous matters, including impact benefit agreements, Treaty land entitlement, on-reserve economic development and governance issues. She also provides advice on various regulatory matters, including environmental and permitting issues.

Anna also maintains a general corporate/commercial practice. She has advised various businesses of all sizes on a number of matters, including asset and share purchases, shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements and corporate governance matters.
