Ariel Breitman is a senior litigator who focuses on corporate and commercial disputes involving both public and private companies.
Ariel has represented companies in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, investment and real estate development sectors. He has appeared before all levels of courts as well as in arbitrations, mediations and alternative dispute resolution forums, on actions related to hostile acquisitions, shareholder oppressions, royalty disputes, oil and gas leases, securities enforcement and products liability, and has been involved in regulatory matters related to the pharmaceutical and oil and gas industries.
