Mouchir maintains a commercial and civil litigation practice with a focus on malpractice defence, construction litigation, real property litigation, insurance litigation and shareholder disputes.

Mouchir obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Moncton in 2022. He has more than six years of experience working directly with the public in a variety of settings. Mouchir articled with MLT Aikins in 2022 before joining the firm as an associate in 2023.

Mouchir is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
