Beverley is a corporate paralegal Level III with more than 20 years of experience working in corporate registry. She is also familiar with the registration process in personal property and land titles, and performs corporate due diligence searches worldwide.
Beverley started out her career working for Government of Alberta Registries, where she performed duties as a registry clerk, before moving on to filing personal property registrations. She received her CORES certification from Corporate Registry in the Province of Alberta in 1997. She was instrumental in organizing corporate minute books, annual maintenance, amalgamations and filing new businesses in Alberta, both provincially and federally.
Beverley also adheres to the provisions of FOIP in Alberta, where disclosure is kept in a most private and confidential nature. She is familiar with the due diligences in Alberta, provincially, federally and on an international level, where she would review the results and report to the responsible parties for reviewing. She also has experience with land titles for real estate transactions and filing documents at the Land Title Registry offices, where she can decipher the historical transactions of a title.
