Celia is an associate focusing in the areas of taxation, including corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations, tax efficient business structuring and succession planning and taxpayer disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency; corporate and commercial law, including structuring, contracts and shareholder agreements; wills, estates and trusts; and charities and not-for-profit organizations.
