Todd practises in the area of civil litigation, including the area of health law and medical defence including acting as senior provincial counsel to the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its physicians. Todd also practises in the areas of administrative law, insurance litigation and commercial litigation. He has appeared in all level of courts including the Supreme Court of Canada.
