Geoffrey practises primarily in the areas of commercial real estate, condominium developments, business transactions, and corporate reorganization and governance.
Geoffrey took the road less traveled on his way to a career in the legal profession. After graduating from the University of Manitoba with his MA in Canadian History and considering a career in academia, Geoffrey moved to Asia to teach English as a second language.
Seeking a more challenging career and a return to Canada, he returned to school and obtained his juris doctor from Bond University in Queensland, Australia in 2011. He was approved for accreditation to practice law in Canada without the need for further study or examination, and received his call to the bar in 2013.
Geoffrey practises primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law, frequently advising clients on matters related to commercial real estate and business transactions. In addition, he provides advice on condominium developments, corporate reorganization and governance, and reviewing and drafting leases.
