Jared Biden maintains a general litigation practice, with a focus on class action defence. He has been involved in proceedings before the trial and appellate courts of Saskatchewan and Alberta as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to joining MLT Aikins, Jared clerked with the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench. This experience provided valuable insight into the process and procedures employed by the superior courts.
