Joshwa maintains a general corporate/commercial practice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and real estate.
Joshwa obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan in 2019. He was called to the Bar of Saskatchewan in 2020. Joshwa completed his articles at the Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice/Crown Investments Corporation, and also spent a month at MLT Aikins on secondment.
Prior to law school, Joshwa worked as a research assistant and exam invigilator with the University of Regina’s Department of Justice Studies. He also worked as a research assistant for the University of Regina’s Saskatchewan Population Health Evaluation and Research Unit.
