Kevin has practised management side labour and employment law exclusively for over 30 years for both unionized and non-union clients. He provides strategic legal advice to employers throughout Saskatchewan.

  • Acts for private and public employers throughout Saskatchewan in a variety of sectors including mining, manufacturing, construction, food processing, government, education, non-profits and retail, among others
  • Provides strategic and legal advice to employers and owners in relation to construction labour law

Kevin regularly appears before the Saskatchewan Labour Relations Board, courts, arbitration boards and other administrative tribunals on behalf of employers.

Kevin was the founding Saskatchewan Director and Treasurer of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, a national association of management side labour lawyers. He is the former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association National Labour and Employment Law section and the former Chair of the CBA (Saskatchewan) Labour and Administrative Law North subsection. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada, Lexpert Legal Directory and Benchmark Canada. Kevin was recognized as a nationwide “Notable Practitioner” in Employment & Labour by Chambers Canada in 2020, having been listed in Chambers Canada since 2019. He is a frequent speaker on labour law and human rights law across Western Canada.
