Megan advises employers in all aspects of employee relations.

Megan assists employers with the development of workplace agreements and policies, workplace investigations, employment standards compliance, hiring, discipline and termination issues, injunctions for breach of non-competition/non-solicitation/confidentiality, human rights compliance and accommodation, occupational health and safety complaints and investigations and compliance.

Megan has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and has experience with pre-trial hearings and applications, mediations, trials, arbitrations and Labour Relations Board and Human Rights Commission hearings.

Megan also has expertise in construction litigation matters, including builders’ liens, deficiency issues and debt matters.
