Nathan Cramer maintains a broad corporate/commercial law practice, advising on mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate governance issues.
Nathan practises corporate/commercial law with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Nathan provides advice to private corporations and shareholders in the negotiation and completion of purchases and sales of businesses, share and asset purchases and on structuring commercial transactions.
In the area of corporate governance, Nathan assists clients with the preparation of shareholder and partnership agreements, resolution of shareholder disputes and execution of shareholder buyout transactions.
Nathan graduated in 2019 with a Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Nathan participated in the Judicial Externship Program during his final year of law school, serving as an intern for the BC Provincial Court where he conducted legal research for various judges.
Prior to attending law school, Nathan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Victoria, and worked as both a cognitive neuroscience research assistant and medical research assistant.
