Rob Hendry is an IP lawyer and patent and trademark agent, with a focus on patents, strategic advising and technology commercialization. His previous experience as in-house IP Counsel with a global energy player sensitized him to the importance of strategic, cost-effective IP solutions.

Rob Hendry is an intellectual property lawyer, registered Canadian and United States patent agent and Canadian trade-mark agent. His practice includes patent prosecution in many technical fields, and strategic advising and planning regarding IP portfolios, technology commercialization, and IP-related transactions such as licensing and technology procurement. His legal experience includes a period as in-house Intellectual Property Counsel with a multinational group of oil and gas companies, where Rob provided patent and agreement services and strategic advice for various Canadian and foreign business units. His clients include independent inventors, small to large companies, foreign law firms, post-secondary institutions and multinational corporate entities.
