Samina Ullah is a corporate/commercial lawyer based in Saskatoon.

Samina is experienced in implementing compliance programs, including supply chain due diligence, risk assessments, internal controls and company Codes of Ethics. Samina also has experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation for joint venture and option agreements, purchase and sale agreements, engineering and construction contracts, supply agreements and contract templates in natural resources sectors. Samina regularly advises clients on construction and supply agreements, governance matters, ESG and compliance and has assisted companies to update their internal policies accordingly. Prior to joining MLT Aikins, Samina acted as in-house counsel for a uranium mining and nuclear energy company and consulted on business integrity.
