Teague assists clients with regulatory investigations and matters of compliance, risk and crisis response, including occupational health and safety. Teague also maintains a municipal law practice, assisting clients in all manner of municipal disputes including municipal governance, bylaw enforcement and land use and planning.

Teague provides proactive advice to entities of all sizes on compliance programs and due diligence measures with the intent to meet and exceed regulatory obligations under federal and provincial statues. Teague advises clients regarding various types of emergencies, crises and incident response, including workplace safety incidents. Teague also represents clients in regulatory investigations, trials and appeals of regulatory contravention notices.

Teague also maintains a municipal law practice, providing advice to local governments, ratepayers and developers in all aspects of municipal governance. Teague assists municipal clients in navigating code of ethics and code of conduct complaints against council members and municipal administration. Teague has successfully quashed municipal bylaws through litigation at the Saskatchewan Court of Queen’s Bench. Teague routinely advises individual and municipal clients in relation to bylaw enforcement, including nuisance abatement bylaws, building bylaws and zoning bylaws.

Teague has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan and various tribunals including the Saskatchewan Municipal Board.
