As part of the firm’s commitment to foster a diverse and inclusive culture, everyone at MLT Aikins has the option to display gender pronouns in their email signature. We recognize the importance of ensuring a work environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, respected and valued – including people of all gender identities.   

Providing our team members with the option to include pronouns in their email signatures helps to avoid misgendering while indicating allyship and raising awareness and acceptance of all gender identities. Using an individual’s correct pronouns validates their identity, encourages authenticity, and contributes to an inclusive and supportive culture. 

MLT Aikins team members who display their pronouns in their email signature have opted to do so.
