Natasha is an associate lawyer in the firm’s Calgary office, practising in corporate/commercial law with a particular focus on the agriculture and food industry, energy (including renewable energy) and commercial real estate.

Natasha is an associate in Calgary’s corporate/commercial practice group and a member of the firm’s agriculture and food practice group, and has experience advising clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters.

Natasha has experience advising clients in the agriculture and food industry and owner-operated businesses on their corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, commercial real estate, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial leasing, project and construction financing, farmland leasing arrangements and Foreign Ownership of Land Regulations.  In Natasha’s practice, she has advised producers of regulated products on project financings and regulatory matters, including product sales.

In addition, Natasha has experience advising clients across a variety of industries on real property matters, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)-related matters, and energy projects.

Natasha was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2020.
