Katerina maintains a general corporate / commercial practice with a particular focus on Indigenous clients. She advises Indigenous clients across various sectors, including energy and transmission, land development and financing on First Nations lands, share and asset transactions, limited partnerships and joint ventures, economic development, strategic policy and governance.
Katerina also routinely provides pro-bono legal advice to charitable and not-for-profit organizations.
