Amy is a corporate paralegal based in the firm’s Calgary office.
Amy has wide-ranging experience in corporate/commercial law including:
- Incorporation and organization in Alberta, Northwest Territories, Nunavut Territory and the Yukon Territories
- Extra-Provincial and Extra-Territorial Registrations, continuances, amendments, amalgamations and annual maintenance
- Conducting minute book reviews and preparation of ratifying resolutions
Amy currently holds CORES Level II, with experience in APPRES, ALF, International Registry and NUANS review.
