Tavia has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. She has worked on a wide a variety of real estate transactions, including agreements to sell, purchase and lease commercial property, in addition to performing land title searches.
Tavia has also worked as a corporate paralegal and has extensive experience maintaining minute books and performing annual maintenance for federal, provincial and extra-provincial registrations. She has prepared and registered amendments, incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions and revivals, as well as various corporate resolutions.
