Margaret is a Designated Real Estate Paralegal with the firm’s Vancouver office.
Margaret brings over 18 years of experience working in commercial real estate. She has specific expertise in commercial acquisitions and dispositions of a wide-range of asset classes, development of multi-family, purpose-built rental, industrial and commercial developments. She prepares commercial leasing and lending documentation. She is also experienced in working with various Indigenous groups, Indigenous development corporations and their business partners with development on Indigenous land and lease registration transactions. Her corporate experience includes working with corporate structuring, limited partnerships, share purchase and sale and corporate reorganization. She enjoys working closely with clients to achieve their business objectives.
