I love working at MLT Aikins. I have been performing this job for the last 10 years, and I have enjoyed all of them. The people you work with every day are great. Everyone is approachable, no matter how high they are in the hierarchy; you can talk to everyone. Granted, it was extremely nice when we were only 50 people on one floor; in this case, the more the merrier. We have grown so much in the last 10 years, but we keep being a family, and now we have a lot of cousins.

MLT Aikins Regina has a gamut of employees ranging from summer students to seasoned “lifers”… Being able to work with a wide variety of personalities is an asset. Staying cool under intense pressure is required. There are so many perks to working here: access to training specialists, EDOs [earned days off], retirement plan, medical benefits, free specialty coffee, so much food! Getting hired here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Great company. Competitive salary…Working in a team environment makes our workload lighter. I’m very happy with my job and the people I’m working with.

I have learned a lot from training champions and experienced team members. The management is very good, and they keep observing and asking new hire members if seeking any help, assistance or training. Management also [asks] new hires about suggestions, ideas and feedback on how they feel about working environment… We can also earn earn days off, which is best for work life-balance… I am getting all the help and support from team members. The best part is events/activities they are arranging… for team members.
