I have worked at a variety of firms, of all sizes, and MLT Aikins is where I have stayed the longest and had the best experience. We work hard and are continually growing and changing, which I appreciate. Teamwork is a firm focus so we all have the support we require and are the most efficient. I appreciate the people I work with so much and while we are challenged daily with deadlines and workloads it is manageable and invigorating. Lastly, our benefits package and RRSP matching is really outstanding and something I value greatly.

I joined the firm shortly before its 2017 merger and have seen steady, positive growth of the culture and leadership. Issues seem to be identified and addressed. Personally, I’ve been able to develop my role and take on increased responsibilities, and I feel valued and fairly compensated. I’ve had opportunities for mentorship and external training to support my professional growth. The maternity/parental leave top-up and other employee benefits are excellent and continue to improve. I feel well-informed and connected to what’s happening in the firm.
