Alice’s practice is focused on corporate law, with an emphasis on real estate transactions, encompassing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leasing and financing.
She obtained her Juris Doctor in 2021 from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. Prior to her legal studies, she completed her Bachelor of Arts at the University of British Columbia.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and having lived in over five cities, Alice uses her linguistic proficiency and global perspective to enrich client experiences.
