Brendan joins the corporate/commercial team in Vancouver. His focus is on corporate finance and securities. Brendan advises both public and private corporations on financings, asset and share purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and corporate compliance obligations.
Brendan obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta in 2019 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2020.
